First you need to focus on the products or services which your organization needed to sensitive through the expo. They should be the primary goal to be taken care of. If there are other products or services that your organization sells but were not part of the program, let them be at the background while the primary products are on the foreground.

Running a stand at the expo is a full-time job. If you need to rush to the washroom, you need to have someone to cover the moment you are away. So assume that this is a full-time job and give it maximum exposure. But you must get some breaks therefore you must have an assistant.
